Pet Policy
A maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment. A combination of cats and dogs are permitted. The weight of any individual dog or cat cannot exceed 75 lbs. The combined weight of any two animals cannot exceed 100 lbs. Pets must be spayed or neutered.Prior to moving in a pet, a resident pays a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 and additional pet rent of $25 per pet a month per apartment. It's a great place to live. The location is great also it's super close to the Interstate and there are many stores and restaurants close by. The apartments are modern, allow for pets, and overall all the neighbors are pretty quiet. - Verified Resident

Andover pointe apartments are very homey and spacious. They are kept up to date on routine Maintanance and cleanliness. Staff at the leasing office are very welcoming and helpful and are always willing to step in if there is ever an issue. The club house is a great place to get family together or to have parties and celebrations. I have had a great experience living here so far - Verified Resident
